You can practice using the Serious Illness Conversation Guide (IPACE) prior to having this conversation with your patients. Please click the below button to see when Serious Illness Conversation Guide practice sessions are being offered in your community. If no courses are found, it means no sessions are offered at the time.

You can sign up to attend the IPACE Champions training to support this initiative in your workplace.
The vision for Champions is to:- Role model and support colleagues in identifying and having early goals of care conversations with all clients who are living with life-threatening illness so that care is aligned with their wishes and priorities.

We are in the midst of developing next steps.
All Staff:
- You can contact your regional RPACE Lead/Educator at any time for ongoing support.
- They can provide 1:1 coaching and/or demonstrate having these conversations with your patients.
- They can share this education at huddles and work with your managers to find ways to better incorporate this practice at your setting.
